Returns, Refunds & Custom Orders Policy

Because CaliPrintWorks products are custom-made and produced specifically for each customer, all sales are final once an order or design has been approved and production has started.

Approved Designs & Orders

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all artwork, designs, spelling, colors, sizes, quantities, specifications, and order details before providing final approval.

Once a design, proof, or order has been approved and submitted for production:

• The order cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.
• CaliPrintWorks is not responsible for errors that were present in customer-supplied or customer-approved artwork.
• Reprints or refunds will not be provided for mistakes that were approved by the customer before production.

Custom & Personalized Products

All custom-printed, personalized, embroidered, promotional, signage, apparel, and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable once approved and produced.

If there is a production error caused by CaliPrintWorks, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Mailing Products & Services

All mailing-related products and services are non-refundable at any time.

This includes, but is not limited to, direct mail, EDDM®, postage, mailing lists, mailing preparation, processing, addressing, and other mailing-related products or services.

Once payment has been made or a mailing order has been submitted, approved, processed, or scheduled, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
